A Southern Illinois Law Firm with a Distinguished History
In 1950, Demetri Hassakis, the son of Greek immigrant parents, opened our law firm doors with a commitment to providing the best legal representation possible. Seventy plus years later, his son, Mark D. Hassakis, and partners Josh A. Humbrecht, James M. Ruppert and Shane M. Carnine carry on that tradition and provide passionate, client-centered advocacy for the people of Southern Illinois.
Hassakis & Hassakis, P.C. is a Southern Illinois law firm. It was founded here, our attorneys live here, and we serve the people that live here.
Providing Passionate, Client-Centered Representation Since 1950
We pride ourselves on the personal attention and tailored legal representation that all of our clients receive from our attorneys. We are passionate about our clients. We enjoy getting to know them and building a lasting relationship with them. Our attorneys are not only aggressive and effective litigators, but counselors. We are injury lawyers who care.
We have grown through time because a large volume of our business comes from word of mouth. People will call our office and ask for attorneys by name because they have heard about us from a co-worker, by a neighbor or through the grapevine.
We have a client-centered approach to our cases. We prepare every case as if it is certain to go to trial, so we are always prepared for the unexpected and also to ensure that we can negotiate from a position of strength. We know how to act to get you the best result no matter your situation. We also strive to do everything we can to secure the maximum recovery for you at the earliest possible time, saving you time and money in the process.
We focus on personal injury, workers’ compensation, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation. By limiting our practice to a very few practice areas, you can be assured that we know the law, the procedures and the best legal strategies to secure the best possible results for you. Do not hurt your case by going with an inexperienced lawyer or firm.
