A fact sheet entitled “Filing Whistle Blower Complaints Under Section 11c of the Act of 1970”1 is now available in English and Spanish. OSHA enforces the Whistle Blower provisions of 22 statutes that protect workers from retaliation and raising safety and health issues on the job or reporting violations of laws in various industries.
